In addition to nearly 25 years of experience in developing and conducting survey research, the principals at EPIC·MRA - Bernie Porn and John Cavanagh - both have served in state government and have extensive experience in helping to shape winning election campaigns at the local, state and federal levels. Their expertise extends beyond survey research and database development and includes advising candidates and ballot committees about the "nuts and bolts" associated with running a successful campaign, including: message development, print and media advertising, and Election Day GOTV efforts.

Survey Research - At EPIC·MRA, all phases of our survey research projects are managed by the firm's principals, who are experts in their field. We approach each survey project with a strong commitment to quality and confidentiality. From writing and refining the survey instrument to meet your needs, to designing the survey sample frame, administering the interviews, entering the data, conducting the analysis, and compiling the written reports and advancing recommendations, EPIC·MRA partners with you every step of the way.

Database Development Services - EPIC·MRA can create a custom database for your election campaign that includes the name, address and telephone number of the registered voters residing in any geographic area in Michigan. Working with you, we can add specific fields to the database that indentify particular groups, such as: absentee voters, frequent voters, key supporters, campaign contributors and other groups that have an interest in your ballot issue or candidacy. By segmenting the database, you gain more flexibility in when it come to communicating with current and potential supporters about the importance of going to the polls on Election Day and voting to support your ballot proposal or candidacy

Database "Products" - EPIC·MRA offers a broad range of database "products" to support you in your voter identification and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts. These include telephone calling lists, mailing labels, neighborhood walking cards, GOTV calling lists, and Election Day poll lists and automated (ROBO) calls.
